Community & Wellbeing
These friendly gatherings are designed to encourage learning, conversation and connection in welcoming, supportive spaces. From Self-care Socials and educational workshops to Coffee & Connection mornings and community get-togethers, each event offers the opportunity to meet others, share experiences and enjoy time focused on yourself as part of a wider approach to self-care and wellbeing.
Coffee & Connection
for women affected by cancer
Inspired by my own cancer journey, these mornings are created to offer a safe and supportive space where women can connect with others who understand, share experiences if they wish, or simply enjoy a friendly chat over a coffee.
There is no pressure to talk or share — you are welcome to come along just as you are. The aim is to create a sense of community, friendship and support in a calm and understanding environment, helping you feel less alone.
Coffee & Connection mornings are free to attend,
with drinks available to purchase at the venue.
